Acquisition & Consultancy for Slum Redevelopment
- Providing expertise in acquiring the legal title for the subject slum layout and ensuring the project is structured in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Forming and developing teams for the creation of duly constituted societies in accordance with the mandates of the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA).
- Providing the developer with end-to-end solutions and support until the entire plot is vacated and ready for redevelopment.
- Our Project Management expertise includes:
A. Facilitating execution of the Development Agreement (DA) and Power of Attorney (POA) from the societies in favor of the developer.
B. Conducting the General Body Resolution (GBR) in the presence of SRA authorities, ensuring transparency and regulatory compliance.
C. Assisting in granting the mandate to the developer through more than 70% consent of eligible members in a peaceful and amicable manner during the GBR.
D. Providing and coordinating documentation, including common consent, individual agreements, biometric verification, and individual power of attorney in favor of the developer.
E. Assisting the developer in procuring all required annexures as per SRA procedures.
F. Our major expertise lies in assisting the developer in vacating tenants and managing the evacuation of the subject sites as mandated by the authorities.
G. Assisting the developer throughout the entire reconstruction process with continuous coordination and project support.
H. Facilitating reallocation of the original tenants into their redeveloped flats in a smooth, organized, and well-coordinated manner upon project completion.
